Technician Susie Pound was amazing on her maintenance visit today. She was friendly and communicated all information clearly and completely. She completed her inspection and explained all actions needed, then performed needed actions. She went above and beyond!! She saw that the condensation drain was not working properly got down on hand and knees in the mud to dig up, clear, and repair the drain (which was not her job) Susie was awesome and I hope she gets assigned to service here in the future!!!!!

We had a new a/c unit installed a couple of weeks ago. I waited until the final inspection was complete before writing my review, just to be cautious of anything that may come up. I have never experienced working with an AC company as efficient, professional, and just overall as nice as The Comfort Authority! Chase Prather was the technician who came out to fix my AC unit. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and what to look for going forward. He answered my long list of AC questions with patience and a vast knowledge base. I am now a proud member of the Comfort Plan for all my AC needs! I will be recommending The Comfort Authority to everyone I know!

They were very profession when signing me up for my service. I was updated on the arrival of my technician by text, which was nice. My technician was Chase Prather. He looked at my whole system and explained/showed me photos of what was going with my unit. He gave me all my options on how to fix my system and the cost of those options. He never once pressured me into choosing the most expensive option and was positive when I went with the cheapest option.
