Very professional and laid out the details of my old unit's issues in layman' sterns. Had pics and video of the trouble I couldn't see in the handler. Scheduled replacement within the next few weeks! Looking forward to lower electric bills!

Literally, they came by for a free maintenance and inspection during which they found a detached duct that was costing me energy and money to keep my house cooled and they re-attached it and performed a full professional cleaning at no cost to me!
