Some of the teachers and students had brought to my attention that the difference in temperature from one yoga studio to the next was extreme. I thought there was something really wrong with my central air system, I called the boys from The Comfort Authority. Steve and James were awesome! A pesky raccoon had pulled the duct away from the vent and caused some real damage but they were able to find a way to creatively solve the problem without tearing my building apart thus making the repair very affordable. The Comfort Authority is a great example of a well-run company with exceptional employees, customer service and skill. James was a professional in every way: dress, demeanor, equipment, and experience. After conducting a once over of the entire HVAC system, James began with a thorough cleaning of the condenser unit, removing leaves and debris before spraying the coils and housing with a cleaner which left the unit looking new. He evaluated the electrical parts for wear, and with a complicated device of meters and gauges ensured the unit was cooling and operating properly.
