There is nothing worse than you arrive at home and your AC is 88 degree. So I immediately called my air conditioning company and surprisingly they came up in 30 minutes, fixed the problem and didn't charge anything. I've signed up a annual maintenance plan with The Comfort Authority which I pay only $11 monthly. 100% recommend them!!!
I've spent the last three years working with people who work on houses as we have slowly renovated an old house. Contractors, electricians, air conditioners, etc. And for the most part they all suck- plainly put and for the lack of a more appropriate term. They either don't do the work correctly, they don't do it in a timely fashion, they don't leave the house cleaned up when then leave, or they are down right rude and completely unprofessional. The comfort authority was excellent! I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. From start to finish, their service was far above any service company I have worked with in the past. My first interaction was with James who came out on our initial appointment. He gave me a bunch of different options, but I proceeded with a full replacement of the AC system. I can't say enough about Comfort Authority! We had one other company come out to give us an estimate and had 2 others scheduled. After the other company came out, my husband said cancel the other companies! These people aren't worrying about what is best for our home. Comfort Authority took the time to measure and did the math to make sure what we were getting was what was best for our home.
