Exceeding expectations - It’s hard to adequately put into words how impressed I am with this entire experience. Three years ago I came across The Comfort Authority when researching AC companies in Tampa. I found them on Yelp and they had a solid 5 star review so I had to all least check them out. I had already had several other local companies come and give quotes but was not impressed. They basically want to come and switch out the old units and drop in the new new ones in the same places. I can’t say enough about this company. They came highly recommended by a good friend, and she couldn’t of been more accurate. Sean was amazing. Very honest, and encouraged me to look at gauges with him. He was very tolerant of my crazy dogs, and actually welcomed their attention. Pricing is good, and everything was cut and dry. No hassle or bother. I highly recommend them. I have had a lot of bad experiences with AC companies, this wasn’t the case with them.
