Another happy customer! We had a 22 years old unit that was finally ready to retire to the beach (aka dump). While another repair was an option, the old R-12 refrigerant simply made it uneconomical. Steve and his crew did a terrific job from the sales call to the installation. Send me PM if you want more details, but the bottom line is this; The Comfort Authority is fair, honest, quick, and easy to work with!

06/16/22 Another great experience with Comfort Authority tech, Christopher Basso. He could not have been more helpful,courteous, respectful and understanding. Not only did he fixed a difficult issue to diagnose but he came back as promised when a few hours after he left the ac acted up again. He fixed that and stayed until he made sure nothing else would show up. Great tech and a great person with a fantastic attitude. As usual, Comfort Authority delivered!

Frank Basso provided five star service during our annual HVAC check up and was fantastic. Extremely Professional and explained every step of the evaluation and walked me through condition of all the parts of our unit. I appreciated the photos so I could see first hand what each part looked like. The Comfort Authority’s consistent amazing customer service from booking to on site is why we bought our unit from them in 2021 and continually recommend this company to everyone!
