Great job, James Thornsberry! Very professional and courteous, and everyone was very responsive.
We had to have someone come check out our A/C on Tuesday, April 4th when it wouldn't click on. James Thornsberry came out in the evening to inspect it, did everything he could--above and beyond what would be expected. It couldn't be fixed that evening but he scheduled service for Friday, April 7th. He was able to fix our downstairs unit but scheduled repair of our upstairs unit for Monday, April 10th. I would highly recommend The Comfort Authority and James Thornsberry for all A/C repairs.
These guys are amazing I've never written any reviews for any companies prior to meeting The Comfort Authority but now find myself seeking out every single forum that I possibly can to give these guys their due. I can't recommend The Comfort Authority enough! We recently moved and discovered we needed a new HVAC unit. The old unit never cooled the house evenly, leaving different rooms very warm or very cool, and we were without heat. We moved forward with a complete duct redesign and new unit..and we couldn't be happier with the job as it was underway, as well as the result!
