What a fabulous company! Monday January 1st I turned my heat on just like everyone else in Tampa, but I got nothing but more cold air blowing into my home. I asked around the neighborhood for a good HVAC company in Seminole Heights and I was directed to The Comfort Authority. I called Tuesday morning and they were able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon. Speaking with Kalyn on the phone and having Eric as my service agent for maintenance on my two units was an extremely positive experience. All of my questions were answered completely and the maintenance work done was outstanding. These guys are wonderful! I highly recommend them for all your AC needs! When our AC started acting up we had several other companies come take a look and give us estimates. They all spent about 5 minutes looking around and just simply said you need a new system, here are the prices. Then we called The Comfort Authority. Great job, James Thornsberry! Very professional and courteous, and everyone was very responsive.
We had to have someone come check out our A/C on Tuesday, April 4th when it wouldn't click on. James Thornsberry came out in the evening to inspect it, did everything he could--above and beyond what would be expected. It couldn't be fixed that evening but he scheduled service for Friday, April 7th. He was able to fix our downstairs unit but scheduled repair of our upstairs unit for Monday, April 10th. I would highly recommend The Comfort Authority and James Thornsberry for all A/C repairs.
