RecommendedWe had a problem with the furnace. The blower worked, but no heat. The night before Mothers Day, we called and Mark responded at 11:30 PM. It took about 45 minutes, but the heat was working. I appreciated his response at that hour. However, the next morning, the same thing happened. Once again, Mark was dispatched and this time he replace several components and was able to get it fixed. Mark was great. Jay N. Was a nice young man from Ross, who came this morning to do the annual air conditioning service. He was very helpful.
Brian was very helpful in explaining what he was doing during the service of my central air system. He was polite and clean.
After much confusion (call was for lack of heat) they sent a very nice young man to fix a drain, whichhe had fixed two weeks ago.Heat was with some confusion restored. The next day Rob the service manager called to check out what the problem had been. He was nice enough to listen to what had occurred. I did appreciate his caring and making sure that the problem was solved.

I also have to mention Amy R.. I have never dealt with anyone that communicated as well has she did. I will definitely use them in the future!
