RecommendedThis is the third time we called NH Ross for a problem and very happy we did. Shawn came to the house and figured out the issue within 15 minutes or so of being here. Our heating went out in the middle of the night upstairs and we thought it might have been a part of the system when in fact it was the thermostat. duh, lol. I don't even know where to begin. After we built our home 7 years ago and dealing with many contractors I wish I knew about this company a long time ago. Incredibly professional. We had hired another plumber to do our gas conversion and as I found with most companies he didn't show after numerous attempts. Called NHRoss, clogged kitchen sink. Responded to my request within hours. Service Pro Jay N. Went over the issue, gave me alternative prices, and completed the job. Clean, and professional. A pleasure to do business with. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but that's the cost of doing business. Overall Satisfied customer.
NH Plumbers are the best. The serviceman, Jay N. arrived promptly and quickly fixed a valve leak by where the city water came into the house.. I thought I had another leak but he determined it was just water from the shower that pooled on the floor and had leaked into the basement. I also received an estimate for a sink installation that was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied! Thank you!
