RecommendedI converted my home to gas. NH Ross came to do the job I was so happy with the work. Tom and Shawn came and did a wonderful job and even left my basement beautiful after the work was done. Vincent and Amy took care of all the paper work, both going the extra mile to get me the best price and unit for my home. I would suggest this company for any type of service for your home
My a/c suddenly decided it needed a vacation on Sunday night, so NH Ross was the first call I made on Monday morning. I had used them once before in a heating emergency and was happy with the service. As luck would have it, my call was quickly answered by a very helpful woman who assured me a technician would be dispatched asap, and in fact, Shawn was here in less than one hour. We had had three separate plumbers not show up for scheduled appointments and NH Ross not only showed up, but they performed the service quickly and cleanly. Jay N. was courteous and on-time, as well as knowledgable. The pricing was very reasonable and we joined the yearly maintenance plan. We are very happy with their service!!
Jimmy was excellent. Very capable and competent. The team with Shawn and Chris got the job done. Our neighbors highly recommended Ross to the Rescue and indeed they lived up to their name. We will use their great services again for our next project. Teri and Gino.
Jimmy and Rob were clean and courteous. Jimmy took the time to review the work with me and answered all of my questions. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I am most impressed with promptness of the service. I do not have to wait around for a long time and the company has been able to accomodate making an appointment around my work schedule.
I have NH Ross contracted for my heating system but when my Air Conditioning went down, they were the first I called. I was very impressed with the Customer Service and Tech support I received. My Air Conditioning went down on the first hot weekend of the season. I called on a Saturday and someone immediately answered. They were willing to send a Tech out over Memorial Day weekend but I made an appointment during the following week because it better suited my plans.
