RecommendedI have used NH Ross in the past and was recently very satisfied again with the work done. Jon and Rich were the technicians. The job was done professionally and with courtesy. The technicians were at the house on a day that was rainy and conditions were adverse. Despite this, they were able to continue working to complete the job. I am confident that the work was done well. Service was prompt.
had a problem with my water heater.. it had a leak.. I called NH Ross. spoke to Linda who was very nice an helpful. Jim came over within and hour to check it out.. i knew the water heater needed to be replaced and soon the gas heating system too. Your technician "Jon" was very polite and well informed. Being a former HVAC/R owner I can tell you he is the best. I have extensive experience hiring people, Jon would be our choice in comparison to the people we did hire. I feel very confident that my problem has been resolved. I can-not thank you enough and will recommend NH Ross to my neighbors.
Shawn and Rich came to our home today to install a furnace and to remove the old unit. They showed up at 8am and left at approximately 4pm. They were prompt, courteous and they explained everything as they went along. They taught us how to use the unit and when to call for service . They also answered any questions we had and were very polite. They were very knowledgeable about the service and were not intrusive. And - now we have heat!!!!!!!
I am impressed with NH Ross as a company, and my technicians, Mark M and Jimmy. We are service contract customers. Jimmy had regular Saturday hours, and we called mid-day Saturday, and he was in our home to address a plumbing issue by 3:00 p.m. He worked hard, and resolved a few unexpected issues that rose, but was unable to actually find the blockage in our toilet outlet/system.
