Keith made a service call this morning, he was very professional, a gentlemen, and did his job and also gave me good advice for future upkeep. In eleven years with your company, I've always had excellent service. Josh came today (Sunday) to assess my water heater problem. Was unable to do installation on Sunday-Set up appointment for the next day. Have dealt with NH Ross in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. Josh was very pleasant and came shortly after my call. He is an excellent rep. for this company.
Service was excellent and the tech Jimmy is the best
Had minor leak in Toilet repaired. Lenny was very helpful before and after he was done and explained all of the work. I was impressed with his customer service. Thank you for a job well done.
Service was great. Customer service even better. Tom, Josh, Chris and last but not least Keith completed gas conversion within promised time and were all around good guys.
Jon Grella was very professional and helpful with the problem.
Keith came out to get get one of our two heating zones working again. A simple air purge was all that was necessary to get us back up and running. Fast, friendly courteous service. What more could you ask for.
From day one we were very comfortable with the company. Joe was willing to come back several times and answered all our questions. Tom was terrific and he and Roy worked their tails off--I watched them--lugging heavy equipment up and down stairs, climbing up to the top of the chimney to feed the liner down. They didn't leave till everything was imperfect. They deserve cudos for the hard work and pleasant demeanors. They also cleaned up very nicely. James was a big help too. They were real professionals.
