In Sept 2015 I needed a new gas furnace and A/C. NH Ross gave me a good price on the equipment and installation. Technicians Shawn and Ryan did the installation in less that a day. They were courteous, efficient and professional. They answered all my questions and made sure that I understood the operation of both systems. We had Shawn here on Monday evening after 8:00, although it was the brutally hot and he had four more calls to get to that night he tied in vain to get my AC unit working. After figuring out that the unit was shot Shawn spent a good amount of time giving me some options and not trying to force me to make a decision that I may have not wanted to make. After leaving I was able to call him numerous times for help getting in touch with his superiors. NH Ross is lucky to have him working for them!
Michael A. came today for the yearly service call. He was remarkably efficient, professional and pleasant. Hope I will get the same service technician for the Fall service call. NH Ross installed my new heating system about 2 years ago. It seems to be trouble free so far.
