Nick C. helped get my heat up and running after a year of wonky furnace issues and two weeks of NO HEAT this November. Not only was he quick and efficient, but very courteous and generally kind. A job like this can get tedious, especially when you sometimes gotta deal with snotty people who don't respect the service workers who help us (as a previous waiter, I know that for a fact).
