John Moore is shady. They are need to know basis people. They hit us with a higher cost after they did not educate us on the sprayed on insulation. They sold us one type, when it was not what we expected, they said if we wanted something different, we should have paid more. How would the consumer know if John Moore does not educate us. It’s your due diligence John Moore. Fool me one shame on you, fool me twice, o can’t put the blame on you.

The technicians have been friendly and attentive. However, the company’s service charges are quite costly. Also, my 3-year old Carrier system is not working properly after the repairs by John Moore one month prior. There are long gaps from assessment to repair due to unavailability of parts. The follow-up communication is subpar. I used this company because of the length of time operating and advertising, but I would not advise using it. I am disappointed.

I am not satisfied with the work that has been on our plumbing. They misdiagnosed the problem after convincing us to sign on the dotted line in a sum of 20,000 dollars worth. Kendick said "BAD PIPE" the main pipe was collapsing and caving in on itself and needed to be replaced. They would replace it all the way to the bathrooms. John Moore services has charged us more than $22,000 for service that has not worked. They have sent technicians out to work on the same problem.A/C unit Every since the day we bought a brand new unit from them. Please help.

I was never given or shown a detailed estimate on a screen or printed. I feel taken advantage of because I know very little about plumbing and it's costs. I learned after the fact that John Moore's prices are outrageously high. I feel they were dishonest about the problem, sure they found a crack in the main line drain, but that apparently wasn't causing the water backup. I had a major flood happen to most of my home during the early hours of February 12 when I woke up to water in my bedroom. I discovered it was coming from my hallway bathroom toilet and the overflow valve broke in the tank. I tried turning the main shut off valve under toilet and it broke off too. The add on tv should say call john pay more. I had John Moore come out for the get in the door $69 drain clean special. I was at work and the plumber came over and scared my wife out of her mind. The scam of a plumber informed her our sewer system was broken and needed massive repairs, the estimate was $20,000.00. to get our plumbing fixed. He told her not to use any water and we had a huge pool of water under our house. We trusted owner Don *********** televised offer of a kitchen drain special and an honest assesment by John Moore Services for $69. Here’s what actually happened. Their plumber showed up, and without checking the drain line told us our vent was clogged, and it was necessary to excavate under our slab to repair it. Cost $9,000. I called for a plumbing service to replace an existing tub filler in my bathroom. No additional plumbing. After looking at the "job" I was quoted $1200. Ok, I was dumb for accepting but wanted the job done "now". It took the "plumber" 6 hours and a trip to **** *****("had to wait almost an hour for ***services to help me with a bit for my drill") the job was completed.
