The technician Jedd ******* did everything in his power to find the problem and solution to my ceiling fan not working. He was excellent in explaining the process to resolve the issue as well.
Andrew did electrical work in our bathroom. He did a great job. Very professional and his ability to the job to perfection as he did was extremely impressive.
Kitchen faucet had low flow rate. He disassembled the faucet and quickly found the problem. He replaced the part that was not functioning properly, and all is well now. Because John Moore Services had installed the faucet less than two years ago, the faucet was under warranty, and there was no charge.
He told me what I needed to know and advised what I should know.
What an experience. John Moore came out to diagnose my problem and figured it out in minutes. End up being a new pressure valve that I installed causing me the issues. He told me to remove it and problem solved. If I ever have any electrical or plumbing, I am calling John Moore
I can totally understand why **** Moore is not accredited with the BBB. I would not recommend them to clean my toilet. They are extremely overpriced. They gave me an estimate to hook up a gas quick connect at the heater on my pool, and I provided the part, they wanted to charge me over $9000. I had three other companies come out not one of them was over $400 for the same exact thing I had abacus come out they did it for $361. Do not, I repeat do not hire **** Moore you will get screwed. I do not recommend this plumbing vendor. Despite advertising that focus on 'customer service' one is left with the conclusion that 'selling of service' is a better description of their goal then actual 'customer service.' After agreeing to the technicians recommendations and being charged 1/2 the cost, the job could not be successfully completed after 3 days and 5 technicians being dispatched to clear a drain line. Called John Moore because one of my toilets wouldnt flush properly. They told me the toilet wasnt the problem but that it was a blockage in the line and they would have to dig down a minimum of 12 feet at $850 a foot. Thats $10,000+ just for the digging. Not including any labor or other items. I called another plumber for a second quote who fixed the whole problem for $260. The toilet was the only thing that needed to be replaced. PRICE GOUGING! Will not be recommending or using this company. They came to fix a pipe bust in my garage last year for $1,400 with a "5 year guarantee". This past week, prior to the 1/21/2025 freeze, I called John Moore to fix the same pipe due to a leak, they came out 2 times, once on 1/19 and again on 1/20, at 5pm on 1/20 before the freeze was set to come in.
