Zack is fantastic! Zack came out to help with some wifi switches that I'd started working on but ran into some issues. I can't say enough good things about him and his work! He humored me and my do-it-yourselfer antics, and let me learn while watching him work. He was polite, professional and I'd be thrilled to have him back the next time I get in over my head!

Amazing and honest! The technician was knowledgeable and honest, showed us what was wrong once found it, and showed us what had happened and corrected it fully! It was essentially fixing another company's mistake, and TLC fixed it quickly and at a flat rate! Also took time to answer other questions we had about our houses electric set up/ possible issues.

Wanted to determine if microwave was out Called TLC and explained what I needed (to make sure the microwave was really gone or if something else was wrong). Talked with Jennifer. Very nice lady. Listened to my concerns and scheduled someone for same day. Heather (also very nice called me to say Robert would be my electrician. Robert arrived and after the normal question and answer session he got started. He explained everything and...
