Five star service Russell, my tech was polite,knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It took a long time to pinpoint where the problem was, but he was persistent and solved th he problem!

Responsive, punctual, professional, thorough, competent. Local storm activity had knocked out some of the power to our business one night. The next day, we called TLC and they dispatched a technician promptly. Philip arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed what he could and contacted our power supplier, Oncor, to resolve those issues that were their responsibility.

We were glad to find an electrical company in our area. Zac was very professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. Being senior citizens it was nice to get a senior's discount. We appreciated knowing the cost before the work was done. Great Experience! I checked out this company on BBB and then gave them a call. Zach was assigned to us and he was just great! Very thorough in explaining, very good with his approach, we were removing a chandelier, and the whole experience was positive. Thanks to TLC and Zach for the great service!
