Great Experience I have hada long standing issue at my home with a specific plug. Jake came out diagnosed the issues and made some good recommendations. He completed the work as we discussed and actually did a little more without additional charge and completed everything in a timely and effective manner.

Great Service-Honest-Went to bat for us I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from your electrician Tim McGinty. We had a lot of issues with Oncor and Mr. McGinty really took control and went to bat for us. Due to many Oncor errors Mr. McGinty was kept waiting and inconvenienced over a 3 day period but he made sure that not only was our immediate electrical problem fixed but he gave great advice as to what to do...

Not pleased wtih experience TLC charges $69 to come out to the property. This is a pretty standard fee however, what they fail to share with you is their diagnostic fee is $300+. If I remember correctly, it's pushing the $400 range. They graciously role the $69 fee into that and suggest they are giving you a discount by giving you a VIP Plan for $99. In short, I eneded up paying $322 to have a light switched changed...
