Charlie and Jefferson did a great job for me today in adding two dedicated electrical circuits. I have used TLC Electrical for a number of years for my home and business. They are excellent, very polite, efficient and fairly priced. Charlie thought to add the new dedicated circuit for my Christmas lights to my pool circuit box which allows them to be programmed through my pool app! Super cool!!
Charlie was extremely personable and professional. He explained everything he was doing in great detail. He gave me options on what we could do. He was very neat and tidy. I highly recommend TLC electric to anyone needing electrical work done. They also came out a day after I called. Fantastic service!
Had to call them on a Sunday night to address an issue with our meter box. Tech showed promptly and advised what work needed to be done. They showed on time the next morning and replaced our meter box. Had a couple of issues that needed to be resolved after the install and customer service was excellent and issues corrected promptly. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is I believe their pricing is a little on the high side.
This is a great and professional company. They did my Tesla connector and did a professional and clean job. Joe was the technical that completed my job and he was very professional, well informed and gave me some great ideas that helped save me money. Good people to work with and strongly recommended.
I was referred to TLC Electric by family and friends. I initially spoke with Jake about my issues with a blown breaker and significant electrical issues. Jake was absolutely amazing!!
