**** was awesome! I bought my furnace 3 years ago from PHS but when I turned it on this week....nothing. I called, spoke with ******* (SUPER helpful and informative) she got me on the schedule right away for a tech to come take a look. I received 2 more calls alerting me of when I could expect the tech and who he was. **** inspected my furnace and found out there was a bird that had gotten stuck in the blower! Complete and thorough. Found a few things like a wasps nest on our air conditioner. Sprayed it but thankfully it was dormant. Showed pictures on his iPad Pleased my always vigilant husband which deserves 10 stars.
