I believe this company is good. I had a recent poor experience. Thankfully my husband was able to correct. After the service person came we had no heat. Because it was 70 outside we didn't notice until late at night when it got colder outside. I called the service number. It took 3 attempts to get to a service person at 10:30pm. I was hung up on twice within minutes. The third time a person spoke but timidly. Almost not paying attention until I insisted. Finally, I was given proper attention.
