The Requested project was to remedy condensate leaks in a recently installed whole home air conditioner. I requested emergency response due to my decision to completely shut down the unit. ******* *******, an **** specialist, responded after approximately four hours from the time I made my complaint. The leaks were rapidly identified and the pipes replaced.
