Great communication on when he would arrive. Friendly and knowledgeable. Got furnace running again right before a bad cold spell. Ran through check list to determine what the problem was and gave us tips on how to handle next time in the event it happened again. Very professional.

*** came in and discovered problems other HVAC people did not find. He found the heat exchange was rusting which could have caused future problems with carbon monoxide.

I was very pleased with my service appointment completion. The technician was on time, explained what he was doing (in simple terms) to check, and then answered my questions with basic terminology. We discussed inevitable replacement of my furnace and AC units with the understanding that I am not presently in a position to do so. I thank you for your service.
