Office staff is polite and very responsive to the customers needs. My technician Randy was able to respond with in 30 minutes of my initial call (luckily there was a cancellation). He was respectful, friendly and his work was done quickly and efficiently. It was only a loose wire but was covered by my service plan. Thank you Lord and thank you J&W Heating and Air!

This company is the most reliable, honest and dependable around. Had to replace the inverter board due to lightning strike. They came out same day, after hours, to assess. Both Thomas and Phil are phenomenal. Service and trust are difficult to find these days - J&W Heating and Air deliver 100% in all categories!!
