So far, I have nothing but highest praises for J&W. Today, our service was provided by Scott Haynes, who was just outstanding! Scott had to trouble-shoot a difficult issue (and he did). In pouring rain, thunder and lightning, Scott doggedly pursued the problem until he and I were both satisfied.
