What a day! Last night our a/c motor quit! This was replaced 2 and 1/2 years ago😰 Our 10 year warranty was due to expire tomorrow. Michelle called the 24 HOUR number and got service for this morning. New factory motor and capacitor install today! Thank You Kyle & Ryan for OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

We wanted to bring to Brent’s attention what an amazing young man Dustin Bowers is!! My sister Darlene and I started having problems with our AC 5/29/22 and just so you know this unit and handler was just put in all brand new 2019. Needless to say our AC completely died again!! J&W did an amazing job fixing my air handler! James was my tech and he was knowledgeable, friendly, clean and did a great job! The price was reasonable and I even signed up for their 2x a year cleaning because the price was so good! I highly recommend this company!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our a/c went out (of course) at about 4:30 this afternoon. When I called for service the sweet lady (I would have said girl but I’m told that’s not pc) said that I’d be put on a list for tonight but it would probably be tomorrow. I got a call that someone would be here tonight! Morgan was our hero! He was in his van during a crazy thunderstorm but he got our air blowing cold before I left. I’m so thankful for you all! *****

When does your AC go out at a convenient time? Not ours of course. Ours decided to go out on a Saturday morning at 8am when it’s 90 degrees outside. We called J & W thinking we would have to wait the entire day or longer for someone to come out. The dispatcher was extremely friendly and let us know that they were very busy but would get to us as soon as possible and that we would get a call when the tech was on the way. Phenomenal company. Great service reasonable prices. I am so impressed with Scott A. He was super courteous and very patient. He answered all my questions and found me the best prices and solutions for repairing my HVAC system, and he did everything on an expedited schedule. Even though he had to order parts, he was able to meet my requested deadline as I am only here for a week every few months. I highly recommend Scott and J&W Heating and Air.
