RecommendedMr. Eric Nkaimbi was very professional and meticulous. He changed out my air filter and cleaned out all the leaves that fell in my unit outside. He also discussed what I need to purchase asap to keep my a/c running smoothly before I run into any FUTURE PROBLEMS. It was very hot outside and he didn’t complain one bit.
Ross Brandt was both professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my unit and cost options. He was professional and friendly, he listened to my concerns and took the time to explain and clarify any questions I had regarding the job being done. I would most definitely recommend J&W heating and air.
