The repairman was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a few recommendations and was very forthcoming about my system and the problem.
I had them come and Thomas worked on our a/c he knew his stuff. He is a hard worker and the company is great.
I called J&W at 3pm today and the tech ( Scott ) was @ my house before 4pm. My ac was fixed in less than an hour. I am very pleased with J&W and will use them for all my heating / air conditioning needs moving forward. Scott was very professional and helpful. Thank you for such great service on short notice.
Called J&W tonight after I got home and realized the air wasn’t working and outdoor unit wasn’t coming on. I used to work for a HVAC company in Virginia and have some basic knowledge and was almost certain the problem was the drain line. Scott came out and had the air back up and running in a matter of minutes and also looked over the entire system to be sure. J&W to the rescue once again. Our 14 year old a.c. had enough on Sunday night. I called Monday morning and Darryl was out that day to set us up for a new unit. Wednesday morning Jason & Felix were here bright and early for a professional installation. Both did a fine job and I couldn't ask for better service. We've been with J&W for years and see no need to look any further for great heating and air services.
