I bought my heat pump and air handler from them a few years ago and continue with a preventive maintenance agreement. Their service and attitude are outstanding. Far above any other HVAC companies I've ever had business with. Needless to say, I have no regrets.
The guys did a great job. They were in and out in one day and the A/C unit looks pretty.

I called after lunch, the appt was made for the same day...I received a heads up call to notify me who our service technician would be Jeff and his physical description. Jeff was at my door within less than 30 minutes this was a completed job within a couple of hours. After the diagnostic test from Jeff he reported that we needed a new part to make the compressor work not only was it installed Quickly but my dad who is a WWII VET also received a Military Discount! J & W put a new unit in our home last year they were very prompt and professional.
I have an older unit and recently joined the maintenance club and im so glad that i have. I recently have learned there are some issues however the tech was so honest in letting me know that the unit is still running good and smooth... For me honesty is so important and so far they have been... I cannot speak for the whole staff however Ive had pleasant interactions with margaret and serviceman Don. J & W did our system in our new home - about a year ago - we were away for a few weeks came home HOT HOT but it was 9 pm! Called anyway by 10:30 on a Sunday night they were there and took care of the problem within an hour. Great service have recommended them to many of our friends. Keep up the good work!
I have been a customer for while now. Just love this company. Steve and Steven and now Phillip W. have both been to my home to fix my unit. Very polite courteous men. I am very picky on who comes to my home. They are all welcome in my home. Thank you J&W for employing these men.... Great job.
