Clayton A**** was extremely helpful and detailed on what may be going on . He was on time and very respectful. I would refer John Moore to anyone for anything they serve! Best customer service ever! And first clean and decent Plummer I’ve ever met!
Victor came out on time and gave me an estimate and walked me through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier to have chosen John Moore, excellent job. I’ll comment on the work after it is finished, but so far, we are golden. ToddC
Felipe & Luis arrived on time and did not rush through the appointment. They were extremely detailed in their job estimate. and provided explanation for the additional work needed to be completed and the materials that will be used. I was extremely satisfied with their performance today!

Got all new duct work although one tech fell through the sheet rock, was told I would be contacted to get it fixed asap, nobody called me I had to call numerous times and after a week finally got a contractor out to fix the hole in my closet. They were very apologetic now waiting on the insulation guys to finish taking out the old insulation with the new. Again the techs were awesome but John Moore being as big as they are and the amount of money I am spending you would think they would be better on contacting the customers.... read more
