John Moore installed a complete HVAC system in my house last year. When the 100+ heat started this year the AC could not keep up. John Moore came out and replaced the entire system with a larger system and they did not charge me anything. They did the right thing. A lot of others would not have done the right thing. I love John Moore.

First time calling on John Moore for professional advice. My AC was previously inspected by 3 different AC companies who said my AC will not stop running because of the extremely high temperatures in Houston. How wrong they were! Technician was thorough but service from company was poor. They were supposed to call on Monday, June 27 but never did. I had to call three times to get my repair done. I was very disappointed with their communication. I had to get upset so they could come today as discussed with the technician.
Our unit is 16 years old and I loved ask the different options we were given to make a decision. Very professional and patient with us. He explained everything and showed us pictures to make sure we understood everything.
