We are always pleased with the pest control service we receive from John Moore. We have a regularly assigned tech, Derek, who is familiar with our property and needs. Derek treats many areas other techs have ignored in the past. He is thorough and professional but genuinely interested in how things have been going. He takes the time he needs to get the job done properly and doesn't cut corners. 5 stars for Derek!
