Had a flat roof repaired and was very happy with the estimator (Brent) and when I had another leak, emailed Brent to come have a look, we discussed options and he even tried a patch to see if that would work...it did not so now I am scheduling more roof work, HOWEVER, I had no qualms at all about having Guardian Roofing come do the job, I have been very happy with every aspect of their work so far and the prices are fair.

They rebuilt the supporting structure in my ceiling and re-roofed my house. Did a great job. My roof was leaking on Sunday, but Guardian’s answering service was great and I received a call back quickly from Guardian. Tech, Alejandro did a thorough inspection and found the problem in an old, failing skylight 2 days later. My insurance adjuster came on same day and said the roof was impeccable! Great customer service! Replacement skylights were ordered and paid for conveniently in my kitchen on the same day!
Very reasonable estimate for roof repair. Technician was a good communicator. Even put on booties to protect our wood floors. Great company!
The service was very prompt and was done in 1 day + removal of coddle from chimney cap. Juan and crew were polite and informed me when they were going to arrive. Everything looks beautiful !- cross our fingers nothing leaks when the rain begins!

Guardian put my new roof on several years ago, came last summer and did a great job cleaning and putting on a 4 year moss treatment after I had neglected to have it cleaned, since it was put on. This year I have signed up for a roof maintenance program and today they blew debris off the roof and out of the gutters. The fellow they sent out did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
