Wow, my roof looks like new. Nick did a great job cleaning and treating it. I was especially pleased with the clean-up; my yard and deck are completely cleared. They answered my call within one business day. The sent someone out to assess our roofing issue. We had a leak that other companies said they had fixed, but we continued to have problems. Jason came out, and once he started lookinginto our vent. He found that it had not been installed properly, and fixed it. Yeah!

I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Nick is great! He called letting me know that he's on his way to my house. He was on time. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them. He did a great job! Customer service was great as well. When they first scheduled me, it was going to be around Nov. I thought that was too far out and it will be rainy. I was assured that if someone cancels, they will definitely let me know (which they did).
I was very happy with my total experience with Guardian! When they left my home, there was no evidence they had ever been here. Thank you, Guardian Roofing!
