RecommendedWe recently hired guardian to tear off our old torch down roof and replace with insulated TPO. The process is pretty labor intensive, but they did a great job. Patrick Charles was leading our project and was so great to work with. He worked long hot days and didn't complain a bit. He did everything he could to make the process smooth and communicated regularly. I'm relieved and thankful. I'd rate them 5 stars but we're still waiting on the chimney rework portion of the project. Anticipating that to go smoothly as well.
They did an excellent job. The bid was fair and for only the work I needed done. Aaron C. was both effecient and professional in the work. He was helpful as we were selling our house and he was quick to respond to our needs
Guardian was extremely efficient. Our roof has numerous peaks and valleys, and even a turret. It is not a simple roof to cover. The crew leader was amazing. He listened to our concerns and did a marvelous job. When one of our small shrubs was accidentally broken from falling debris, the owner Matt Swanson called and apologized and sent us a check to replace the plant. Very impressive! Guardian Roofing is the one to call for a new roof, repairs or maintenance. They installed my roof 3+ years ago and have treated it since. Every time they come out, they leave with a job well done and NO mess...seriously!!! Will refer them to all that need their services. Super happy with them!
I had been concerned about the new roof as I had three different companies come out to estimate the job. Two did not even go up on the roof. Two of them did not even address my concerns about faulty ventilation in the attic. One said to have some "experts" from Seattle fix my problem then they would do the roof. Your man went up on my high Dutch gambrel roof AND he went into the attic crawlspace. He found the roof deck to be rotted out due to a misdirected bathroom vent. The work Guardian Roofing did on our home was outstanding. This is the 5th year we have used them for various roofing problems and yearly maintenance . Like always it has been a pleasure working with everyone connected to this company and there has not been a problem. We will be using them next year ....
