Thorough review of my aging, and now failing roof, that will now need to be replaced. Well documented issues that were discussed with Photos that David took. He has given me a number of options for replacement and a few options for paying for repairs and full replacement. This reflects the professional nature of this company that I have utilized over the last 15 years. Guardian will work with my HOA to get approval of the replacement product and plan to expedite the process.

When other Roofing companies have done jobs at my home, they've done incomplete or incorrect installations. Guardian has come out, assessed the situation, and performed the appropriate fix in a timely, professional manner, and with competitive prices. I'll do business with Guardian as long as I own my home. Andrew, in particular, is stellar.
Andrew did a great job at explaining different type of roof options. He took the time to break options down for me.
Joseph Gonzalez and his crew just completed roof repairs on our garage, carport and breezeway. Excellent work, very easy to work with from the bidding process through the actual work to the final bill. Completed satisfied.
