Recommended“ Joe preformed a in-depth inspection. He showed me exactly what caused the problem and gave me the recommendation for the repair. With the pictures I was able to see and make a informed decision. He was very professional, polite, and informative. There are many roofing compaines out there, choosing one you can trust is very difficult. This is the second time I have used them (two differet problems). The communication thru the process is excellent. I would recommend him and the company to everyone. ”

Jason was on time, told me what he would be doing, after completion he gave me a very thorough recommendation. Provided three different options for me. Would recommend you at least get a bid from Guardian if you need any roof repair or replacement done.
Guardian Roofing replaced our cedar shake roof to a regular roof 16 years ago. Recently we had leaking at the back end of our home. We called them and they made it good again. They weren’t the least expensive. When we chose them 16 years ago, they were in the middle for price. We chose them because they stand behind their product. After 16 years, they stood behind us. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.

Joe was prompt and discussed what he would be doing. After finding the problems he showed and explained what he found as well as options on what could be done and costs for each. Fortunately he was able to adjust his schedule and complete the work the same day. We have used Guardian three times before and always very satisfied. Now we will look forward to receiving their cookies in the mail!!!
