RecommendedI appreciate S & D plumbing for accomodating me on a very short notice , it was a same day request and same day service. Amy answered my call and she was so nice and accommodating. I'm so impressed also that they sent you text with picture of the plumber before they come . Kyle and Michael are very nice and professional. I was so contented with their work . They don't rush their work and they really did well. I would recommend their company to anyone who needs plumbing service.
Amy was very helpful and her phone personality is awesome!! Keith was on time, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent job!!! Zach arrived on time with need tools and my kitchen drain issues were resolved. This is the greatest customer service I’ve had from a plumber and plumbing company. Have already recommended to friends if you need a plumber to call S&D. One thing that really impressed me was the texts with the photos showing me who was coming and when they were arriving. Made me feel safe!
Everyone at S&D was very helpful and informative. They gave me updates of what they were doing throughout the time they were at my house, which I loved. They also answered all of my questions and got the job done in a timely manner.
Hands down the best experience we've had with a company in a long while. Very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HARD WORKING, RELIABLE, CUSTOMER FOCUSED with EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. We've recently had four different plumbing companies to our house, but will now only work with this one. If you want it done right and at a fair price, this is the right company for you. Very impressed with Micheal! He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was here when he said he would be and didn't rush through. We had a major clog in my kitchen drain that he didn't give up on. He also did a house inspection on our other drains and faucets, even took the time to check out our very old water heater that've I've been worried about.
