Today Michael came and worked on our water heater. Great customer service. Made sure I understood everything he was doing. Very well mannered and respectful young man. I would hire him personally if he had his own company . Would request him again for any job. Excellent work ethic.
The young service man was polite and efficient in his job. He communicated well, explained my options and allowed us to choose the best option for our financial situation without making us feel like we had made the wrong choice. I am a property adjuster with Farmers Insurance and call S&D A LOT to help with diagnosing plumbing issues for my customers. So when I had a leak that had to be repaired, they were my first call. John Lisenbee was the tech that came out and he diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and he actually had the part on his truck to repair it!!!! Completely exceeded my expectations! John was very nice and professional. Highly recommend S&D to anyone who needs an honest plumber!
