We called S & D Plumbing because we had an issue and we just weren't sure who to call. I am SOO glad this is the company we called! They got to us by10:00 in the morning and we were happily set by noon. Craig was our service tech and he was so very nice and professional. We used this company a couple of weeks ago to install a whole house water filter. They were excellent, and worked very closely with myself and the original plumber to get this thing done correctly. I know I was a pain in the butt with all my calls, time changes etc., but they were very patient with both me and the situation. Yes I would recommend them to anyone.
So glad I called S & D Plumbing!! When I heard both my toilets and bathtub gurgling on a Saturday night, I knew that was not good! I called S & D Plumbing on Sunday afternoon and Melvin Haddix was at my home in about 30 minutes...I was impressed! He was very thorough and finally located the problem...tree roots growing in my pipes. We had a water leak and they were able to schedule us first thing that morning! (I highly recommend joining their loyalty program because you get priority scheduling!) Craig was thorough, helpful, and professional. We had several plumbing problems, and he took the time to explain what was causing each issue. He fixed our immediate leak and helped us formulate a three-phase plan to address the rest of our issues!
I would like to Thank You for having Jess out to my house this morning!!!! He was the most courteous and professional young man I have met in a long time. He came in assessed the situation, made a few phone calls and had a new hot water heater delivered to the house within 40 minutes and had it installed and working in just two hours.
