RecommendedIt is very rare nowadays to be serviced professional, with the most curtesy and being taken serious at the same time. Melvin and Zachary listened to my concerns and fixed what needed to be done as well as eased my mind about things that were actually not a “big deal”. Great experience Would use again and would refer if asked about a plumber. Just replaced water heater and they did great job again.
Competent, courteous and careful, Keith is a real jewel! He did what needed to be done in short order and explained what we needed to know every step of the way. We'll definitely call S&D next time we need service and we'll ask for Keith at the same time.

Had to have the water heater gas control valve and thermocouple replaced. Keith came out after 5:00 to access our situation, got ahold of their supplier, managed to run to the supplier to get what was needed before they closed, came back and worked until nearly 9:00 to get the job done. Keith was very personable as we talked the whole time he worked on the project. I would highly recommend Keith and S&D Plumbing if you need plumbing repair.
