We just happened across the wire nut company when our furnace suddenly quit on us. We called them up and from our first conversation I pretty much new it was going to be a company I wanted to work with. We had our consultant come out the very next day. He was very prompt organized. Scheduling with the WireNut was not a good experience. It cost me a day of work and was completely their fault. I thought I was going to be very disappointed with this company and leaving horrible reviews due to their poor scheduling. However, their highly knowledgeable employee, Charles Dozeman, made up for it and then some.
