RecommendedJonathon was on time and completed the service call quickly and 100% resolved the issue.
The technician Johnathan was great and through. He dug into things and made suggestions. Was able to show up during our window, this time. We had to reschedule out a week from the original and asked for a 2 hour window, they called and asked if they could show up early, fortunately I was able to be there. I do now know why original appointments can not be kept.
Charles Dozeman at the Wire Nut is a one in a million tech! Very knowledgeable and No guessing if the work he has done is real as he is very transparent and educates the customer on what the issues are. I would recommend him and Wire Nut to anyone looking for a refreshing change of how biz is done in this crowded service industry space. Also need to give a shout out to Bill the scheduling manager, super professional and really set me up to have a successful appt.
