What wonderful service I received today. WireNut re-wired my entire home 3 years ago. I discovered last night one of the outlets wasn’t working. I called this morning and they were able to send a technician out within 5 hours!! The problem was fixed at no charge to me as I was still under warranty!!! I’ll continue using WireNut for all of my electrical needs.

Called yesterday for an issue with a GCFI circuit and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Benjamin texted me of his arrival shortly before 8:30. Benjamin and his apprentice arrived and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Chase was so helpful with installing some new sockets and switches for the basement bar I am installing. He was super fast and made everything looks fantastic!
Brian was knowledgeable and highly professional, putting little yellow booties over his shoes as soon as he walked in the door - as an example. Brian explained everything thoroughly and in layman’s terms making it very easy to understand what services were necessary and those that would be upgrades. I appreciated his honesty and no BS approach.
