We had been having an issue with our tankless water heater and the young man who showed up to deal with a furnace check-up was hit with the twh problem. He didn't miss a beat. He took time to learn exactly what the hot water heater was doing and took care of the furnace inspection and checked out the twh. He was very honest about the fact that he was not familiar with the type of twh that we had. He then helped us to arrange to have a technician who knew about our heater come out a later date. Joseph Friel was very professional and informative about the condition of my furnace . He clearly explained ( with pictures ) how the furnace should operate and function safely and the options of repairs vs replacement . The decision was easy to replace the 28 year old unit.
