RecommendedSadly, we had to get a new unit in my home. One Hour did a wonderful job of examining my unit, finding the problem, and showing me first hand what had gone wrong. A Freon leak was freezing up the unit and shutting it down. The service tech was great at explaining my options and providing all I needed to decide on which new unit was best for my home. He did not lead me to buy more than what I needed. After talking to other companies One Air was who I chose.
I have always received great customer service and they have always over exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable technicians and worth every penny. You can’t always hire people solely based on price and if you do you get what you pay for. These guys are over the top and I’m going to continue to use them in the future! Thanks Chad!!
