His communication skill are excellent. He exlained the problem and quoted a price for the part and work but, he explained the Preventative maintenance plan. It was difficult for me to make the arrangements to get my AC ducts replaced. I really do not understand what the problems were. However, once they started working I have to say I am very very happy. The guys finished early (estimated 3-4 days and finished in 2). very professional. I have owned this house for 8 years and it has never been this good. Thank you very much.
