Sadly, we had to get a new unit in my home. One Hour did a wonderful job of examining my unit, finding the problem, and showing me first hand what had gone wrong. A Freon leak was freezing up the unit and shutting it down. The service tech was great at explaining my options and providing all I needed to decide on which new unit was best for my home. He did not lead me to buy more than what I needed. After talking to other companies One Air was who I chose.
