Did what I wanted. Clean and well done. The office staff were the best. It took over 12 weeks for my town and National Grid to get their act together. The original time promised was 5 weeks. Caitlyn was the best! She made the wait palatable. Very pleasant and kept me informed. I recommend her for employee of the year.
